For account, subscription, or technical help, email support@getbraced.app. Include your Braced account email and app version when relevant.
Sign-in and account access
Use the same sign-in method you used when creating the account: username and password, Google, or Apple. Password resets are available from the login screen.
Restore or manage Pro
If Pro remains locked after payment, open Subscription in Braced and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple or Google store account. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by the store where you subscribed.
Camera and photo access
Open Device Permissions in Braced to review camera and photo access. If permission was previously denied, change it from the Braced page in your device settings.
Report a problem or request a feature
Use Send Feedback inside Braced to report a bug, suggest a feature, or request a missing exercise. Add clear steps, expected behavior, and an optional screenshot or reference image.
Delete your account
In Braced, open Settings and choose Delete Account. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
