Account Deletion

Delete your account in the app

Open Braced and go to Settings, Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete the account.

Request help by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@getbraced.app from the address associated with your Braced account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your Braced account and associated data from active Braced systems, including your username, email address, workout sessions, notes, statistics, custom exercises and templates, uploaded media, feedback and attachments, cached AI results, internal subscription records, and the RevenueCat customer profile associated with your Braced account.

Routine backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten and are used only for disaster recovery, security, or legal compliance.

Subscriptions and store records

Deleting a Braced account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google and does not erase purchase history held by the store. Cancel an active subscription in your app-store account settings. If you later create a new Braced account and restore purchases, the store may provide the purchase again and RevenueCat may create a new customer profile.
